If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a 1 year contract.
What You'll Do:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordination between customer, repair sites and potential field services if required
- Maintenance of all records on SAP, Salesforce and other tools as necessary
- Manage inbox and cases related to Service and Repair
- Manage invoicing and billing as required for certain aspects of service and repair
- Run simple ad hoc queries as required
- Reports to be generated for Business, Service Centre or Customer, on request.
- Manage activities within required SLAs.
- Participate in/run projects as needed
- Participate in cross collaboration meetings as part of the Super User and Process Specialist team or as part of cross function meetings with service centres or field services or business as required.
What We're Looking For:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- A disciplined and organised approach to work.
- Proven customer service skills and experience.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.
- Proficiency in English at a decent level.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is preferred but not essential ; knowledge of Microsoft tools is a plus.
Hours & Pay:
- This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- The pay rate is £18.10 per hour.
