Butler Ross are pleased to be recruiting for a Contracts Officer / Contract Officer on behalf of a global organisation (And registered charity). This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the procurement/commercial space, who has had some prior experience in contract management or as a contracts officer previously.

This position is offering a salary up to £34,000 p.a, and offers a flexible hybrid / remote working arrangement. You mustbe based in the UK and have valid right to work for this position.

Role SynopsisThe Contracts Officer will be responsible for supporting the Contract and Procurement Lead inmanaging all aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and administering a widevariety of contracts for both Suppliers and Customers.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts - ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (Supplier and Customer).
  • Serving as a point of contact for contract-related enquiries and issues.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on contract terms and conditions.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
  • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.
  • Supporting the implementation of the sustainability policy and supporting operational delivery strategy by adopting sustainable principles and practices.
  • Ad hoc duties when necessary and as reasonably could be expected
