Commercial Administrator Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Office-based, with some flexibility (occasional remote working or adjusted hours to suit school times). Transport: Own transport is required for commuting. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join a growing organisation in North Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist with preparing and submitting various documents regularly (daily, weekly, monthly). - Accurately complete forms and update records based on provided information. - Organise and format paperwork to ensure it's professional and easy to use. - Monitor and follow up on required certifications to keep everything up to date. - Work with client systems and portals to share information and keep records updated. - Review and verify information to ensure everything is correct and complete. - Gather and organise data for regular updates and forecasts. - Communicate with clients to confirm deadlines, answer basic questions, and share updates. - Keep files and records well-organised for easy access and smooth workflows. What do you need to be successful? - Competent with Microsoft Excel and other office tools (advanced Excel skills not required). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A careful and thorough approach to completing tasks. - A quick learner who is open to understanding new processes. - Organised and process-driven. - Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
