An excellent opportunity awaits an individual with experience in technical system support or commissioning to join a leading developer of cognitive computing software solutions in a position offering training, technical variety, and progression opportunities.

This company is a leading specialist in developing bespoke software machine learning solutions for businesses within the engineering sector.

In this role you will be responsible for the commissioning and support of cognitive computing systems and equipment. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide exceptional on-site and remote support to clients based nationally and internationally in line with the company standards and expectations. This role is site based on site in Leicester and will require to attend client visits nationally and internationally.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with experience in technical support and/or commissioning position with strong understanding of software and hardware set-up as well as basic electrical skills. The right candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder skills and be happy in client facing environments. The right person for this role will also be happy to travel nationally and internationally to provide on-site support.

The Role:
*Supporting and commissioning complex cognitive computing systems
*Providing On- site, Remote and Telephone support
*Travelling to customer sites nationally and internationally when required
*Site based near Leicester

The Person:
*Experience in Technical Support role or similar
*Experience in Software and Hardware set-up
*Strong communication and stakeholder skills
*Willing to travel nationally and internationally
*Live in commutable distance to Leicester
