We are seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to support our Directors and investment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in finance and investments, looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Reporting: Co-ordinate the downloading of investment reports from various sources, maintain records, and manage document flow to Directors.
- Payment Coordination: Diarise payment dates and verbally confirm bank details prior to payments.
- Record Maintenance: Keep thorough physical and digital records of all investment documents, including agreements, progress reports, news updates, quarterly figures, and annual reports.
- Compliance: Work with in-house legal counsel to meet money laundering and KYC requirements for new and existing investments.
- Financial Assistance: Assist with month-end and year-end processes by gathering valuation information for the Financial Controller/Director.
- Scheduling: Liaise with funds and direct investment personnel to schedule meetings for Directors.
- General Support: Provide general assistance to the Directors as required.
- Basic Finance Duties: Perform basic finance tasks; experience with Excel is an advantage but not required.
Candidate Profile:
- Personable and Presentable: Confident in conversing with Directors and high-level investment professionals.
- Experience: Background in finance or investments.
- Organisational Skills: Extremely good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Adaptability: A can-do attitude, flexible to work in an ever-changing environment, and willing to take on new tasks.
