This organisation is actively seeking a motivated individual to join their team as the Finance Director. Due to impressive growth this is a new role within the business and a prime opportunity for someone to go in and streamline the finance function. Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic input to decision-making processes, and spearheading the company's ongoing expansion efforts.

What will you do as a Finance Director?
- Financial Strategy & Leadership, Planning & Reporting
- Management of the Finance Team of 3
- Implement & develop a new finance system & identify process improvement
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure a robust financial control framework across the business
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
What do you need as a Finance Director?
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Great opportunity for a financial controller to step up
- Overseeing new system implementation
- Qualified ACCA or CIMA level
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and work collaboratively with others
