Macildowie Finance are currently working with a leading Leicester based business to support in the recruitment of a Finance Manager Mergers and Acquisitions and Integration. This business is highly acquisitive and you will be heavily involved in integrating the new acquisitions into the pre-existing group systems, processes and controls environment. You will be a key part of this high performing Finance team, providing the linkage between M&A, Financial Controls, FP and A and Business Operations. This business has an excellent hybrid working policy (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home) as well as a best in class benefits package. Responsibilities will include:Lead on the integration of acquisitions supporting a clear and well executed transition in to the Group systems, processes and controls. Set up and maintain the Finance work streams ensuring acquisitions are transitioned in a timely and accurate manner. Liaising with the core M&A team to ensure deadlines and completion dates are met, support in the Post Acquisition performance reporting.Managing key financial transactions including completion accounts and earn out calculations. To be considered for this role you must be:A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).Previous experience of supporting and integrating acquisitions would be highly advantageous.
