An established manufacturing company in South Leicestershire is seeking a Finance Manager to support the financial controller and lead a team involved in costs, monthly reporting, budgeting, and business partnering.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Finance Manager or Management Accountant in manufacturing, with strong stakeholder management skills and a comfort with change management.
While being qualified is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
