Macildowie Finance are currently working with a leading business based in North West Leicestershire to recruit a Finance Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The role will have a dual remit, you will be key to continuously improving the efficiency, effectiveness and integrity of the financial systems as well as leading, coaching and developing the Shared Services function. The business are currently undertaking a large scale systems transformation/change project and as such this role will positively impact all areas of this hugely successful business. Responsibilities will include: Ownership of the suite of financial systems - responsible for the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement. Improvement of the Finance Systems control environment ensuring reporting complies with internal and external standards. Management, coaching and developing of a small team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline financial processes. Analyse and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations. Lead system upgrades and implementations, providing training and support to end-users. Liaise with internal and external IT Support as required. To be considered for this role you will ideally have/be: A Qualified Accountant. Strong Financial Accounting experience. Previous line management experience. Systems/Data skills including VBAs and Macros.
