Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a strategic roadmap aimed at increasing the value and profile of the firm’s client base.
  • Build and nurture professional introducer relationships, becoming a key figure in business development and new client acquisition.
  • Lead the evolution of the sales journey, working with advisers to enhance engagement with referred clients.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and coaching, upskilling the existing advisory team to align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, marketing, and product development to ensure integrated and compliant delivery.
  • Analyse performance data, track market trends, and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
  • Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum); Chartered or on the path to Chartered status preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in the financial planning or wealth management space, with a strong understanding of high-value client servicing.
  • Demonstrated success in building introducer relationships and driving business growth through professional referrals.
  • Skilled in designing and leading a cohesive sales process with a team approach.
  • Commercially aware, client-focused, and collaborative in leadership style.
