Robert Half is proud to be partnering with a dynamic, PE-backed business in the East Midlands that is seeking a talented Head of Financial Reporting. This is your opportunity to join an ambitious team at a crucial stage in its growth journey. You will take full ownership of the financial accounting, reporting and audit process.

The RoleYou will lead the financial reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting while working closely with senior leadership to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. You'll be instrumental in shaping the financial control environment and driving improvements in financial processes, as well as liaising with investors and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in financial performance.

What We're Looking For- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience- Practice-trained ideally, with a strong foundation in audit or assurance- Experience in a financial accounting or reporting role within industry- Strong technical accounting skills, ideally honed in a PE-backed or large listed environment- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving- Proven track record in financial reporting, IFRS expertise preferred
