We're working with a growing business in need of an experienced Interim Senior Managenent Accountant / Finance Manager to support during a busy period. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail and can hit the ground running.

What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

  • Prepare and deliver management accounts with insightful commentary

  • Lead balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data

  • Support with variance analysis and provide key information to aid decision making

  • Identify and implement process improvements where needed

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth reporting cycles

  • Provide support to the wider finance team as required

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally at Finance Manager level

  • Strong understanding of month-end close and management accounts

  • Excellent reconciliation skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Confident Excel user and comfortable working with large data sets

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or demonstrably QBE
