Leading the finance functionalities of the site and responsibilities of the gaming functions, you’ll lead the team in controlling losses and policy complianace. In return, you’ll get bespoke training and support to develop your career.

The Site Finance Manager as we call this internally is a critical role in providing support for our Site Manager and our operations team across Welcome Break.

This role is pivotal in maintaining a strong controlled financial environment that is required as part of running a successful business.

Ideally a Finance Manager would:

Have experience of operational finance including reporting, managing accounts, compliance and financial analysis.
Have experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Be a good communicator and able to develop working relationships with site managers and regional finance colleagues.
Have experience managing a team with coaching and influencing skills.
Be passionate about progressing a career in finance.
