Salary £50,000 - £80,000
You’ll benefit from full paraplanning and admin support, robust marketing resources, and the credibility of a trusted national brand. With £80,000-£100,000 first-year earnings potential and circa £140,000 by Year 3, this role offers both short-term reward and long-term career planning.

Your Role:
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, tax, and protection using the Six-Stage Advice Process.
- Proactively manage and grow an inherited HNW client book.
- Develop new business through referrals, introducers, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain long-term client relationships with regular reviews and tailored strategies.
- Use digital tools and tech platforms to work efficiently and communicate effectively.
What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-approved equivalent)
- Active CF30 status (or the ability to gain it quickly)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine client-first approach
- Experience managing and growing a book of HNW clients
- Ambition and self-motivation to build a sustainable advice career
