PERMANENT JOB :- No Part Time / Student Options
We are looking for a skilled & experienced machine builder who can look at an arrangement drawing and see how all the components go together.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for building bespoke & unique machinery from scratch, following build sheets & general arrangement drawings, ensuring your work is done to quality and on time.
- Reporting on components that don't meet quality standards, putting ideas forward to improve a build.
What is needed from you?
- You need to be able to work from assembly drawings that show the final product, it is down to you to be able to work the best practice to build. - Please note without this you will not be considered for the role.
- Have knowledge/experience of bearings, shafts, rails, shafts, ball screws, chain drives, sprocket drives etc.
- Previous experience building machinery.
- Confident in working with power tools.
- You will need your own tools (specialised tools will be provided).
- The use of threading machines, manual & CNC mills/lathes (benefit).
- Use of measuring tools micrometers, verniers etc. (benefit).
