Business & Transformation Lead

My partner is looking for a Business & Transformation Lead with strong strategic and leadership qualities as they are building a sustainable future. They focus on asset management and recycling tech products to reduce waste and carbon emissions while delivering cost-effective solutions. They are looking for a candidate with strong programme & change management skills to drive and manage transformation initiatives to enhance services to over 10k b2b and b2c customers across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large transformation projects, technology integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale transformation and integration projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, systems implementation, and organisational change management.
  • Oversee process optimization and integration of new businesses and to continuous improvement by implementing best practices.
  • Engage stakeholder, work closely with C-suite, department heads and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in transformation and integration projects or related roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and project management skills
  • Ideally, experience in the Managed Print or Document Solutions sector.
  • Experience in managing post-merger integrations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in change management, process optimisation, and business transformation.

Desirable:

  • Expertise in change management methodologies (ie: ADKAR, PROSCI) and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Six Sigma).
