our client, based in Central Leicester are currently looking for young-spirited, driven and enthusiastic sales associates with full time availability to start immediately in their growing sales team due to their clients high demand for new customers. Sales associates will be given full client training so you fully understand who you are representing as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer.

- OTE of up to £30k within first year, paid on a weekly basis from commission only earnings plus incentives for hitting daily/weekly targets for this self employed role

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience
- To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
- To speak with members of the public within residential campaigns face to face with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you client
- To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them.
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Customer facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful, no experience required
- Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales ability
- No qualifications needed
- Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Leicester (5 days a week)
- Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
