Cactus Search is recruiting for field-based positions with a leading insurance brand, focusing on customer service and pre-booked meetings across the UK.
Candidates should have a background in sales, be confident in connecting with diverse individuals, and possess a valid driving license.
The role requires hotel stays from Monday to Friday for half the year, with the other half working from home and attending meetings within an hour of home.
The position offers a salary that can rise to £35,000 within 12 to 14 months, alongside significant bonus potential.
Applicants are expected to have at least some sales experience, while FCA experience is desirable but not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Cactus Search are currently recruiting a number of Field based positions for a leading insurance's brand, this role will require an element of sales in your background but the role is very customer service driven with you visiting pre-booked meetings on site at a variety of different types of companies across the UK.

This role will entail being hotel based Monday to Friday positioned throughout the UK for 50% of the year, with half of the year WFM and meeting's set with an hour of your home.

This role is non advised FCA so no pushy sales and all warm meeting's, in which you are also buddied up with another advisor.

Ideal Background

Happy to stay away from home Monday to Friday in a hotel for weeks at a time (You will always be home for weekends)
FCA experience desirable but full training is provided
