- Coordinating with logistics and freight partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Communicating with customers, distributors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries
- Preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with warehouse/production teams
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, customer onboarding, and data analysis
