  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • The ability to ask questions, challenge the norm!
The finer elements of the role include:
  • Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with logistics and freight partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Communicating with customers, distributors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Monitoring stock levels and liaising with warehouse/production teams
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations, customer onboarding, and data analysis
