Monday- Friday 9.00- 17.00 (Mon-Thurs) 9.00- 16.00 (Friday)

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join my client's friendly and experienced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Day-to-day of the role:

Quotations & Orders: Prepare quotes for new and existing customers and process orders efficiently.

Data Management: Keep warranty logs up to date, update the internal Sales Board, and input key information into the CRM system.

Customer Support: Provide telephone support on stock availability, pricing, and product enquiries.

Documentation & Organisation: Process and file customer documents to ensure smooth record-keeping.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external colleagues to support new and existing clients and orders.

Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects and keep key stakeholders informed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with demanding and fast-moving decision-makers and up-selling.

Resilient under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Driven and motivated with a keen interest in influencing earning potential.

Confident communicator, engaging and persuasive, especially over the phone.

Highly organised with strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
