SF Recruitment are current recruiting for a Scheduler who will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating the daily schedules of the team of engineers.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities as the Scheduler -
- Plan and schedule daily activities engineers, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources based on meeting customer service levels, British Standards compliance and engineer productivity.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange appointments
- Adjust schedules in response to changes, such as customer requirements regarding day/times of visits or engineer availability.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service appointments and any changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the job management system.
- Monitor service reports, engineer utilisation, compliance, and customer service metrics and use data to assist in improving scheduling efficiency.
- Quickly and thoughtfully address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise.
- Proactively identify potential scheduling challenges (such as engineer annual leave or pre-planned/long-term absences) and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £28,000 and work office hours Monday-Friday.
