This role offers a competitive daily rate of £130-£200, depending on your experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and dedicated educator, with a passion for fostering a positive learning environment and helping all students achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Planning and Delivering Lessons: Design and implement engaging and creative lessons, ensuring they are differentiated to meet the needs of all learners within the class.Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of classroom management, creating an environment where children feel motivated, valued, and safe to learn.Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that learning targets are met. Use formative assessment data to inform lesson planning and provide tailored support.Individual and Group Support: Support students' individual learning needs, ensuring inclusive teaching practices and providing extra assistance where required.Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with other teaching staff, teaching assistants, and the SENCO to ensure students receive the appropriate support and interventions.Parental Engagement: Regularly communicate with parents/carers to discuss student progress and address any concerns, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.Professional Development: Actively participate in school-wide professional development opportunities, and work with the leadership team to continually improve teaching practices and student outcomes.Essential Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must have QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification.Experience: Proven experience teaching in a UK primary school setting, demonstrating your ability to manage classrooms effectively and engage students in their learning.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to ensuring all students reach their full potential.Classroom Management: Strong classroom management strategies, with a focus on creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.DBS: A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).Desirable Qualifications/Experience:Previous experience teaching within the specified year groups.Knowledge of phonics, maths mastery, or other specific teaching methodologies.Please Note: This is a full-time position, and applicants must be available for the full duration of the placement.At Aspire People, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and we expect all staff to share this commitment.
