Voids Supervisor

With over 20 years of expertise, we have offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest and specialise in a range of sectors including Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety, and Sales. We are currently working with a reputable Housing Association, who are seeking a Voids Supervisor based in Leicestershire.

Role Overview:

The Voids Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the contract, ensuring efficient and productive work of all operatives. You will also ensure that subcontractor works are carried out according to work sheets and within the given timelines, meeting all contract KPI targets and working to SOR 2.2 schedule of rates. As a liaison between the customers and the company, you will handle any queries or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will ensure that all works are completed to a high standard and within the specified timeframes, meeting all client expectations. You will also be responsible for completing all necessary paperwork and reports in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the contract, ensuring efficient and productive work of all operatives
  • Ensure subcontractor works are carried out according to work sheets and within the given timelines
  • Meet all contract KPI targets and work to SOR 2.2 schedule of rates
  • Liaise with customers and handle any queries or issues that may arise
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within specified timeframes
  • Meet all client expectations
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports in accordance with company procedures
  • Drive from site to site as part of daily duties
  • Jointly responsible for ensuring a tidy and safe work environment
  • Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required
  • Attend inspections when necessary

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Experience in residential properties
  • Excellent social skills
  • Background in trades or voids
  • Strong customer service skills
  • SSSTS or above, or IOSH certification
  • CSCS gold supervisor card
  • Asbestos awareness certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
