Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to manage all aspects of recruitment for our client's business. You will provide professional administrative HR support to employees.

Description of the role:

  • Collaborating with internal departments on open vacancies.
  • Managing applications, building a candidate pool and updating candidates on all stages.
  • Advertising vacancies both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining a candidate database.
  • Ensuring compliance for all Right to Work checks.
  • Provide administrative support across the HR team.
  • Preparing new starter and onboarding documentation.

About you:

  • Experience of working within internal recruitment.
  • A passion for recruitment and building talent pools for the business.
  • CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience of working with HRIS and ATS technology.
