Based in Ashby, you will be targeting local businesses to provide first class recruitment solutions - both temporary and permanent placements. You should already know all processes to be considered and have a proven track record at senior consultant or BRANCH MANAGER level. If you know a colleague would also like to join with you, we are able to offer more than one role.
This is a warm branch with warm clients and an existing temp plan out in place, providing a great start to be able to put your own stamp on this branch for yourself. Sales will form a key part of this opportunity as a strong blend of all associated responsibilities together with a keen eye for detail with a strong focus on compliance is key. As a BRANCH MANAGER this is a great opportunity to lead by example at the front, adding your own ideas - leadership and management qualities to shine through.
For your hard work, you will be well remunerated up to £40k level plus bonus, car allowance and further benefits.
