Join this amazing organisation to support in the role as Regional HR Team Manager, overseeing a team of 7 direct reports and ensuring efficient operations within our HR Shared Services team. This pivotal role involves managing systems such as Workday, Promark, and Service Now, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other legislations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced in managing time and attendance systems. This role would suit a HR advisor looking to step into a managing role or someone with previous management experience that would be excited in manging multiple sites and teams.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Process Management: Develop and implement standardized processes for shared services, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
  • SLA Management: Oversee service level agreements, ensuring clear expectations and timely service delivery. Address any deviations or issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team across different sites, supporting approximately 1500 team members. Promote a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
  • Change Management: Support and communicate change initiatives effectively within the team.
  • Compliance and Audits: Conduct audits, support training in policies and processes, and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead annual salary review processes and support payroll and HRSS team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling sensitive personnel matters.
  • Experience in managing multi-site teams and familiarity with HR processes.
  • Must have a valid driving license
