As the Onsite Recruitment Account Manager you will be well versed in providing the day-to-day support of an on-site operation, including recruitment, inductions, check ins and payroll etc and are happy to work later/with some flexibility when needed.

As an experienced Onsite Recruitment Account Manager you will be expected to:-
- Build the relationship with the onsite client
- Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
- Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
- Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
- Conduct review and disciplinary meetings as required
- You must be an experienced Onsite Recruitment Account Manager used to dealing with onsite issues.
- Have experience of managing a team of on site Recruitment Account Managers running a high volume site.
You will need to be:-
- Calm under pressure
- Be extremely organised and possess
- Excellent administration & communications skills and possess
- A full driving licence
