We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join an established team, providing expert HR and employment law support to a diverse range of SME clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with SME clients to provide tailored HR and employment law advice

  • Manage a range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management

  • Conduct HR audits, policy reviews, and draft HR documentation

  • Influence and support senior stakeholders across different industries

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the highest standard of client service

  • Travel required along the M1 corridor to meet client needs

What We're Looking For:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified (or working towards)

  • Strong experience in employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices

  • Ability to advise and challenge stakeholders with confidence

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
