Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking to step into your next role with a leading organisation driven by their commitments of teamwork, care and quality service?
We are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Leicester organisation to recruit into their successful and newly transformed HR team for a Senior HR administrator. Duties of the role include:
- Being first point of contact for employees and leadership team for all HR related enquiries
- Supporting through recruitment lifecycle
- Supporting with new contacts, contract changes and leavers
- Keeping HR database up to date
- Assisting business partnering team with admin related to benefits, compliance, reward, L&D & beyond
This is a full time permanent position working 37 hours per week with the flexibility to work 37 hours between 8am to 6pm and from home 2 days a week.
For this position we are looking for experienced HR Administrators who have helped through organisation change / restructuring or similar and can provide insights to help improve HR processes. You will be experienced across the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between and be competent in providing coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the wider HR team.
You will be experienced in working with HR data, ideally with experience with Resourcelink or be able to learn new systems quickly.
