Role: IT Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line Support, IT & Applications)
Location: Leicester (4-5 days a week)
Rate: £200pd-£300pd (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6-month initial term
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (contract) to work with our £multi-billion turnover client based in Leicester, supporting their 1st & 2nd Line Applications Support team.
The ideal candidate for this will have experience supporting Business Applications in large (1000+ users), complex businesses. However, the core focus here is an excellent communicator with strong core 1st/2nd Line IT Support/Service Desk skills who can support the IT Service team whilst the business goes through a significant period of change and growth.
Requirements:
- Strong 1st / 2nd Line IT Support experience, in a large business with mature IT Service processes.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience supporting Business Applications, such as ERP, CRM, Finance systems etc.
- Happy working onsite, just north of Leicester, 4-5 days per week.
- Able to start before the end of January.
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies would be an advantage.
The contract is onsite 4-5 days a week at their office just north of Leicester.
This is an urgent requirement; it is essential that the successful candidate is able to start before the end of January.
