£35,000 - £38,000 + Training + Progression + 33 days holiday + 10% Pension + Bonus

Are you an engineer with experience within manufacturing? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a well-respected, industry leading manufacturing company offering excellent training and progression opportunities?
Due to an increase in orders and factory output, an opportunity has arisen to join a well-established manufacturing company as a manufacturing engineer. Within the role you will oversee current manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and automation solutions that enhance factory capabilities and capacity.
The company are part of a large international organisation, so will be provided with an excellent training and development programme and opportunities for future progression within the business. You will be a key contributor to the continued growth and success of the business as you support with the setting up of two new production lines on site.

The role:
*Manufacturing Engineer
*Maintain and improve Manufacturing Execution system
*Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements.
*Coordinate and manage manufacturing line updates.
The candidate:
*Degree Educated in mechanical engineering or similar desirable
*A minimum of one years experience within a manufacturing environment
*Familiarty with automation, controls and manufacturing processes
*Commutable to Leicester
