We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to manage stock levels, ensure efficient inventory control, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced environmentWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good IT skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Excel
Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry

The finer elements of the role include:

Monitor and maintain stock levels of packaging materials to ensure availability for production
Process and track orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve any discrepancies
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
Work closely with production and purchasing teams to forecast stock requirements
Implement and improve stock control procedures to optimise efficiency
