MFL Teacher - Leicestershire

Hays is working alongside a dynamic and inclusive Secondary school in Leicester dedicated to fostering a love for learning and cultural appreciation.They are seeking a passionate and experienced MFL Teacher to join their team and inspire students to achieve linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding. We are looking for a MFL Teacher that can teach Spanish up to Key Stage 4 and French up to Key Stage 3.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Teach Spanish at Key Stage 4 and French at Key Stage 3 teaching Year 10s
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language program.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, French, or a related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
- Passion for Spanish language and culture.
