Quality Manager

You will be working for a respected family-run manufacturer in Leicester. As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for everything quality across the site. Maintaining the QMS, investigating customer complaints & non-conformances, setting the internal audit schedule & more.

Description

• Leading the Quality Control department and coordinating with other teams
• Implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems
• Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
• Developing and implementing quality improvement strategies
• Conducting audits and reporting on the outcomes
• Training team members on quality control procedures
• Managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
• Contributing to the company's strategic planning and decision-making

Profile

You will be an experienced Quality Supervisor/Manager, ideally from a Manufacturing background along with:

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
