We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal based in Leicester to join our client's on a full-time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Paralegal role

  • Draft and complete basic legal documents and forms.
  • Set up and manage envelopes on DocuSign.
  • Sorting out formatting and cross-referencing documents.
  • Prepare payment forms.
  • Engross, collate and redact documents.
  • Take messages about initial advice queries and pass them onto relevant fee earners.
  • Research legal issues on behalf of fee earners. 
  • Minute taking. 

Requirements for a successful Paralegal

  • Previous Paralegal experience within the Coporate, Commerical or Banking sector.
  • Relevant qualifications within the Legal sector.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Well organised with excellent time management. 
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
