KM Recruitment is seeking a full-time Assessor for Supply Chain and Logistics, offering a salary between £26,000 and £29,000 based on skills and experience.
The role involves assessing and supporting learners in achieving full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain Level 2, Business Administration Level 3, and Customer Service Level 2.
Candidates must possess a recognized Assessor award and have experience delivering full Apprenticeships in Supply Chain/Logistics, with additional experience in Administration and Customer Service being advantageous.
A full, clean driving license and flexibility for travel across Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire are required.
This position includes excellent holiday entitlement, mileage reimbursement, and a pension plan.

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain Level 2, Business Administration Level 3 and Customer Service Level 2 (remote, face to face and workshop delivery).
Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
Observe learners to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Supply Chain / Logistics to Level 2 (Administration and Customer Service advantageous)
Must hold solid occupational competency within Supply Chain / Logistics.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
