This Administrator job in South Leicester provides opportunity to join a local Financial Services firm, where they have a loyal team who enjoy working together.

This role is well suited to an individual with experience as an Administrator who enjoys working within a support team. In this Administrator position, you will be supporting their team of Financial Advisors who provide investment and pension advice to clients. As their Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Liaising with the Financial Advisers to discuss what tasks need undertaking for each client
  • Obtaining and processing Letters of Authority
  • Processing new business cases
  • Preparing client meeting packs with the correct, up to date information
  • Obtaining recent product valuations
  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as photocopying, letter writing, phoning clients / providers

IFA Administrator Requirements

  • You should have 5+ years’ experience as an Administrator and enjoy being in a fast paced, data input environment
  • You should have an organised approach to your work and be able to handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • You should be confident working independently and within a team
