This IFA Administrator job in South Leicester provides opportunity to join a local Financial Services firm.

In this IFA Administrator role, you will be providing support to their team of Financial Advisers who provide financial planning advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with the Financial Advisers to discuss what tasks need undertaking for each client
  • Obtaining and processing Letters of Authority
  • Processing new business cases
  • Preparing client meeting packs with the correct, up to date information
  • Obtaining recent product valuations
  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as photocopying, letter writing, phoning clients / providers

IFA Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience as an Administrator
  • You should have an organised approach to your work and be able to handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • You should be confident working independently and within a team
  • Individuals with experience within a Financial Services firm would be preferred
