The opportunity:

A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer, who distributes their products nationwide, is currently recruiting for a confident Scheduler to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

You will pay a pivotal role in ensuring that installations are carried out smoothly, efficiently and on time ensuring customers are kept updated every step of the way and always receive outstanding service!

The role

  • You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of new jobs, from arranging transport (Including same day delivery) to ensuring the installation engineers have everything they need to complete the job once onsite.
  • You will take responsibility of making sure that each project is completed on time, keeping the customer updated along the way.
  • You will be responsible for planning labour, ensuring that engineers are fully briefed on their week ahead and any annual leave is accounted for.
  • Ordering supplies for the engineers and office.
  • You will ensure that all equipment including vans, tools and equipment are kept in good working order and will report any damage/loss to the operations manager.
  • Preparing health and safety paperwork.
  • General administration duties, including quote production, emails, and reporting.
  • Invoicing

The candidate

  • Previous experience in a coordination role is essential.
  • Ability to use own incitive to ensure the process is efficient.
  • Proficient user of all Microsoft packages including Excel.
  • You must possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident speaking with customers over the phone, email, and text.
  • Must be organised and good at time management.
