The successful candidate will be organised & detail-oriented with a passion for supporting dynamic teams. This company has a fast-paced environment where your coordination and communication skills will make a real difference!! The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the project management team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities. This role involves managing day-to-day project tasks, liaising with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are running efficiently.What we're looking for:- Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within a project or team-based environment- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team- Experience in supporting multiple projects simultaneously is an advantageThe finer elements of the role include:- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars- Maintain and organise all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and time lines, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date- Organise and schedule project-related meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up- Serve as the central point of contact for project team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Distribute project-related communications and updates as necessary- Assist in tracking project progress by maintaining project plans, time lines, and status reports. Provide regular updates to the project team and management- Assist in coordinating the resources, materials, and equipment required for project execution, working closely with procurement and logistics teams- Identify administrative issues and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
