The Operations Manager / General Manager will be responsible for the direction the company takes and oversee all aspects of customer service, production, maintenance, quality and health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes run smoothly to achieve company targets for quantity, cost and quality.
The Operations Manager / General Manager will have at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager / General Manager within a manufacturing environment. You will live within a commutable distance from the main office based in Leicester.
Package:

Responsibilities:

- Implement new strategies to improve manufacturing processes within cost effective ways
- Set and monitor department goals
- Ensure the working environment is safe for staff and visitors
- Develop new business opportunities and support the growth of the company
- Hybrid role based in Leicester
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager / General Manager within a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in electronics will be advantageous although not required
- Live within a commutable distance to the main office based in Leicester
