Site Manager - Leicester
Site Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Site Manager to join the expanding East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to assist in the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.
The initial challenge is to work with a Project Manager to deliver a new build college in Leicester (15m).

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Site Manager
- Experience managing construction sub-contractors
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage operations on site to ensure work is completed safely
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
- Ensure site records are maintained

The Package:
- Basic salary of 50,000 - 60,000
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Bonus Scheme up to 10%

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Site Manager to deliver D&B projects of 5m+.
