We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager with a strong background in cladding to join one of our clients
Our client is a leading refurbishment company who operate across the UK
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard
The project involves the removal & re-instalment of aluminium cladding to a 7-storey building with tenants in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all site activities
• Oversee cladding installation processes and ensure compliance with specifications
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting updates to senior management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on cladding
• Strong understanding of cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Relevant construction management qualifications or certification
This role is to run for 5/6 months
Monday to Friday 7.30am-16.30pm
Day rate £212 - £250 DOE
