Our client is currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team, working on Severn Trent Water projects in Leicester. This is a contract position over a 12-month period.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring effective management of all civil engineering activities
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
  • Managing site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports
  • Implementing risk management strategies and mitigating potential issues
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to design specifications
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in civil engineering, particularly within the water sector
  • Strong knowledge of site management principles and practices
