Personal Assistant to Director!

Leicester - Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)

Based within the Shared Service Centre, we are working exclusively in partnership with an organisation who is seeking an immediate Personal Assistant to provide extensive and comprehensive support to a Leadership Team member on an initial 6 month basis. You will be responsible for complex calendar management, organising international travel, and preparing detailed itineraries for visiting stakeholders. You will also be responsible for organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations, and managing various weekly and monthly projects.

Responsibilities Included:
- Calendar management
- Organising international travel, including visas and exploring global traveller solutions
- Organising and preparing detailed itineraries for visiting stakeholders
- Organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, agenda planning, meeting governance, minute taking, pre-reads, actions and following up on actions
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience within a similar team administrator, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages - knowledge of Microsoft Teams is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative while being honest and reliable
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Acts quickly and is proactively responsive, thinking ahead of time
