Evolve are currently partnering with a leading e-commerce service organisation who are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team!

This role is based at our clients office in Leicester, and is available due to expansion within the business.

The successful candidate will own a portfolio of high-value clients while spearheading operational excellence within the Account Management team.

Ideal Requirements for a Senior Account Manager

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in account management, project management or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Action orientated, with a focus on achieving outcomes and solving problems.
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, inspire confidence and drive alignment even across conflicting priorities.

Role Responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager

  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow accounts. Use data, insights, and market trends to drive innovation.
  • Simplify processes, challenge inefficiencies, and find smarter ways to deliver results faster.
  • Inspire, coach and develop Account Managers to perform at their best.
  • Approach client problems with a solution-focused mindset and ensure value delivery at every interaction.
