About the Role:As an EMEA Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across the company’s eCommerce website and Amazon. With a strong focus on paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and paid search (Google, Bing), your goal will be to achieve target ROAS, scale campaigns, and implement strategic tests to maximize performance. This role collaborates with creative, analytics, finance, and product teams to drive conversions and revenue growth across EMEA markets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve as a subject matter expert for paid social and paid search campaigns (Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, Pinterest).

Manage and optimize day-to-day performance of paid social and SEM (Google/Bing) campaigns.

Continuously test ad creatives, audience segments, and bid strategies to drive performance improvements.

Ensure all performance marketing efforts stay above target ROAS each month/quarter.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Father’s Day).

Own reporting, weekly business reviews (WBRs), roadmap creation, test plans, and scaling strategies.

Develop efficient processes for ad creation, creative requests, campaign builds, and performance tracking.

Perform ad-hoc analysis using Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other reporting tools.

Create and refine audiences and targeting strategies across Meta and Google platforms.

Affiliate marketing experience is a plus, particularly familiarity with the Impact affiliate network.

3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

1+ year of experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).

Strong Google Analytics knowledge.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.

Experience in consumer eCommerce companies preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Amazon Ads and Seller Central experience.

Meta Certified Marketing Professional qualification.

1+ year of experience with Amazon Ads and Seller Central.

Familiarity with Meta Blueprint or Meta Blueprint certification.
