Content ManagerLeicester (mostly remote)£28,000 - £32,000 p/aBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing tech business consultancy. They are looking for a Content Manager to help them drive their business strategy and grow further.The duties and responsibilities of the Content Manager will include (but are not limited to):

  • Articulate a content strategy that aligns with the direction and objectives of the business.
  • Own and manage the content delivery calendar and ensure timely publication of new, updated and re-purposed content.
  • Collaborate with team members, partners, freelancers and agencies to produce compelling content that adds value to our target audience.
  • Apply SEO and GEO best practices to ensure our audience and search engines find our content on our website and other channels.
  • Extend our web presence through additional online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and identify opportunities for the team to engage with different content publishers (e.g. podcasts, guest blog posts).
  • Track and analyse content performance, focusing on website traffic, engagement metrics and conversion rates. Make data-driven adjustments to content and CTAs that optimize the flow of inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the GSP website, using external agencies where appropriate.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a content heavy marketing role
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple content-oriented projects involving internal colleagues and external partners, with a track record of on-time delivery
  • Experience with analytical tools e.g., Google Analytics
  • Experience managing and maintaining a website
