Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of neurological patients, delivering specialist occupational therapy services.
  • Develop and facilitate individual and group treatment programmes to support rehabilitation.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, implement treatment plans, and evaluate progress.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and carers to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
  • Supervise and provide training to junior Occupational Therapists and therapy assistants.
  • Assess, recommend, and provide equipment to improve quality of life, ensuring safety and proper usage.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience working in a neurological setting is desirable but not essential.
