We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Leicester City Centre for a temporary period of 4-6 weeks. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Liaise with different departments to support their administrative needs.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive's team.
- Handle a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
Requirements:
